POLYGON make Valve Exercising module is a very unique device. As name suggests, the module makes the actuator contract and retract to its fullest so that the valve opens and closes 100% once in a day irrespective of its input at a particular predetermined time. Manual exercise option is also available. The valve returns to its original position after one cycle. During periodic shutdown of plants or when the valves are kept open for a single position for years, valve or actuator stems get jammed, may get rusty and do not operate when required. These valve exercise modules keep all such valve actuators correctly operational all the time.
